A Message To Our Customers About Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At Sullivan Auto Group the well-being and safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance as we work to do our part in preventing the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

At all of our locations we are doing the following;

1. Disinfecting all surfaces throughout the day including doorknobs, workspaces, cash registers, and all frequently touched areas.
2. Using disposable steering wheels covers and shift knob covers.
3. Instructing all employees to wash their hands frequently throughout the day
4. Refraining from hand shaking
5. Staying home at the first sign of illness

We have also implemented the following to ensure your comfort and safety.

1. Buy or lease from home -  If you do not feel comfortable visiting our showroom, we welcome you to communicate with our staff on your platform of choice and complete the deal from your home.
2. Online trade appraisal - You do not have to come to the dealership to have your vehicle appraised, you can do it online, through our website.
3. Convenient Communication - You can quickly and easily reach a sales person or manager via online chat, email, or phone.
4. At Home Test Drives - We will bring your vehicle of interest to your home or office for a test drive. Click the "Drive" button on the vehicle page to schedule.
5. Purchase Delivery - No need to come to the dealership, we will deliver your new or pre-owned vehicle to you.
6. Service Pickup & Drop Off - Have our staff pick up your vehicle for scheduled service and we will deliver it back to you. We will thoroughly disinfect interior and exterior surfaces and deliver with a disposable steering wheel cover.

We will continue to monitor this situation and do everything we can to protect you and our employees.
